Hi, I’m Sarah, founder of Wolf Strategic Advisory.

I help businesses bring clarity, structure, and scalability to their operations - so they can grow profitably without the chaos.

Before starting my firm, I spent over two decades working in and around accounting and business operations.  Most recently, I served as Bookkeeping Director for a multi-million dollar outsourced accounting firm, where I led a team of 30+ and supported hundreds of clients.

During that time, I focused on building systems that actually worked - improving processes, standardizing service delivery, strengthening data security practices, and developing team members into stronger leaders.  Over the course of a year and a half, the department grew from $1.9M to $2.8M in annual revenue while becoming more consistent, scalable, and efficient. 

But what mattered most to me wasn’t just the growth - it was the people.

I’ve always been passionate about helping others develop their skills, gain confidence, and step into greater responsibility.  Whether it was mentoring team members, restructuring teams for better support, or creating training programs, I found the most fulfillment in helping both businesses and the people within them improve.

Through that experience, I saw a pattern.

Many businesses don’t struggle because of lack of effort - they struggle because things become more complex as they grow.  Financials aren’t always clear, processes break down, and teams don’t always have the structure or support they need to operate effectively.

That’s where I come in.

At Wolf Strategic Advisory, I work closely with business owners and leadership teams to improve financial clarity, build scalable systems, and develop stronger, more accountable teams.  My approach is practical and focused - we identify the 1–3 most important priorities each month and work together to execute on them.

My goal is simple: help businesses run better so leaders can focus on what matters most.
